1. Use less chemicals like sanitiser ( pesticides, disinfectant etc ) on and around you. Because they are not only they are cancer causing and kill good bacteria of nose and hands. Use ONLY when and where necessary.
2. Eat fruits and raw vegetables daily for getting antioxidants .
3. Eat curd as natural probiotic to keep gut immunity up.
4. LIVER HEALTH: liver is the factory where all processing of vitmains, hormones, enzyme etc occurs. Keep it healthy by eating less carbs, less chemical & processed foods and regualr exercise.
5. Relax your mind by music, gardening, yoga, reading , whatever you find soothing.

6. Avoid unnecessary exposure to vehicle fumes by using helmet while on 2 wheeler while outside. Masks help to some extent.
7. Herbal teas and herbs in our food are very useful in helping with minor issues like colds, flu like symptoms.
8. Hydration and water intake is very important for working of our body cells and keeping our respiratory system moist and protected.
9. Avoid unnecessary use of antibiotics they tend to destroy healthy and useful bacteria also. Avoid excessive use of anti allergic meds they tend to make air passages dry with time , while giving temporary relief in allergies .
10. Stress and Fear is biggest factor that affects our immune system. Be logical and rational .
