Helicobacter pylori nosode

H. pylori nosode is not very known to most homeopaths and hence many are skeptical to use it. Proving data is limited . So I thought of sharing my clinically verified data with readers here. Helicobacter Pylori is a bacteria that causes gastritis . The infection is usually caused due to a weakened stomach , which is prone to be attacked by this bacteria and then the infection stays with the person for months or even years. The infection is not easy to treat, most patients come to us after multiple courses of antibiotics and antiacids , which often fail to provide permanent relief . Its usually diagnosed by a test called RAPID UREASE TEST or RUT . RUT + means 98 % chances of having H. Pylori infection. Here is some study material on the topic.

Rubrics from SCHROYENS repertory –

 ABDOMEN – PAIN – burning – eating – after

 ABDOMEN – ULCERS – Duodenum

 STOMACH – ACIDITY

STOMACH – ERUCTATIONS; TYPE OF – acrid – eating, after

 STOMACH – HEARTBURN

 STOMACH – HYPERCHLORHYDRIA

 STOMACH – PAIN – burning – eating – after

This not a well proven remedy like rest of our nosodes however in practice i have found it handy in cases where –

1. Chronic & long standing cases of gastritis

2. Urea breath test positive

3 History of ch gastritis/ reflux after an episode of VOMITING ( infection ) after eating outside or street food.

4. Gall stone colic cases which do not respond to indicated remedy.

5. Unresponseive to usual medication / where well selected remedy fails.

POTENCY-  30, with repetation of weekly, bi weekly or daily as per need of case.

Can be coupled with constitutional remedy as well, if needed.
