visited in 2018, with complaints of painful menses, weight gain, abdominal pain worse on exertion/ sitting for long/ walking fast , Her cycles were coming late by 15 to 30 days . She has vertigo ( BPPH as per ENT DOCTOR ) while looking down/ certain positions since a death in family .
Medication : ovaralad, vertin– were given by her physician/ gynec
As per the nature, temperament & other data collected as per homeopathic case taking Belladonna and few bach flower remedies ( aspen, mimulus ) were given as patients had lot of anxiety which was causing her vertigo and causing menstrual disturbance as well. She was also advised a USG in coming months, she she expressed that she wanted to try for 2nd child.

Left ovary choc cyst, 45 x 34 mm Right ovary 27 x 22 mm in size ( smaller no cyst)
Patient was feeling well symptomatically, so stopped treatment but next USG showed that cysts were as follows-
USG shows – right adnexal cyst 46 x 27 mmLeft ovary N size
NOw again since cysts were less she stopped meds after some time and after 8 months USG was done again as she was trying to get pregnant-

After this report, we changed emds to Calc, Thuja and few doses of Ant pit, ovarinum were given as intercurrent remedies to help with ovulation & removing cysts . Sometimes around august/ sep 2019 she conceived and cysts were not seen during her Anti natal checkup, she delivered a healthy baby in may 2020 .
Since then patient has been well until now, after vaccination she got disturbed cycles with HEMORRHAGIC CYST IN OVARY for which had to take meds for some time now.
Homeopathy is far more effective & safe in treating various ovarian / adnexal cysts, endometriosis and many other pathologies related to the female body. Lack of awareness on the matter, makes people waste lot of time on contraceptive/ hormone pills and NOT seek an alternative treatment like homeopathy for pcod, pcos and many other conditions causing pain, infertility & poor quality of life in women.
